We have one two bedroom with king size beds large efficiency with a full kitchen, full bath and a folding futon which sleeps six(6). Summer rates which are in effect from April through November are $ 150.00 per night and require a two night minimum stay and the weekly rate is $ 750.00 including tax. Our winter rates which run between December and March and require a two month minimum stay are $ 1000.00 per month.

We also have four one bedroom large efficiencies with full kitchens, full baths and a folding futon which will sleep four(4). Summer rates which run between April and November are $ 100.00 per night and have a minimum two night stay and $ 550.00 per week including tax. Our winter rates which are between December and March and do require a two month stay are $ 700.00 per month.
